Wizards & Dragons Chess Set - Classic

This is for a brand new Warlords chess set based upon, as I interpret it, a very strong Lord of the Rings theme.

I have been making chess sets now for many years and believe I have now perfected my craft. I have supplied sets to schools, universities, collectors and even film studios. This is what I love doing so you can be sure that when you buy a set from me you are getting a product made by someone who really knows what they're doing.

The Set Itself:

-The King, ready for battle with sword in hand.
-The Queen dressed in all her finery.
-The Bishop, an aged wizard ready to cast his spells.
-The Knight, a seated dragon
-The Rook, a fairy tail castle.
-The Pawns as richly carved goblins ready for battle.

Construction:

Each set is hand cast, painted, stained and lacquered to give a durable high quality result yet still retaining a certain ceramic and antique finish.

Colors available:

Unless you specify otherwise the colors for this set for are Antique Red for the dark and Aged Sandstone for the light. If you would prefer Black or Deep Walnut instead of the red, or the stone, then just let me know and I'll be more than happy to oblige.... In fact, you can mix and match any of these colors if you like. If you'd like any colors that aren't listed here then let me know before you buy and I'm sure I'd be able to accommodate you.

The king is approx 4 inches in height and would suit a board, not included, with squares approx 1.5" or more.

Vinyl Chess Mat:

This set also comes with an optional vinyl chess mat/board so you can start playing as soon as you receive it. This is a black and white mat with 2 inch squares and is tough, durable and wipe clean.

If you would like this option then simply select it when purchasing.

Packaging:

Each piece is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then the whole set. This is then packed in a sturdy cardboard box into which is packed polystyrene peanuts for extra padding.

NOTE:

And don't forget, you can create your own bespoke set put together using any of the pieces from any of the sets in this collection in any colors you like. A real mix and match. So, for example, if you would like an Isle of Lewis set but prefer the King from a different set and/or the pawns from another set then that's no problem. As long as I currently make the pieces you can create whatever set you like. Simply request a custom order with your requirements and I'll do my best to accommodate. ☺
